We will...

Arrange prior a professional handover with the current Business Manager before they depart reviewing;

  • Introductory to the Sales Managers and the sales team
  • Run through dealership referral & A,B,C referral procedure
  • Noting any outstanding finance quotations and discuss follow-up requirements
  • Diarising dates and times for vehicle deliveries
  • Exchange computer passwords and log ons
  • To run through current finance campaigns

Maximise all retail opportunities under FSA legislation with professional presentations on PCP finance products and all add-on insurance products such as paint protection, tyre insurance, invoice GAP, finance GAP and warranty by qualifying the customers through “needs and demands” procedure.

Up date daily finance logs for reporting purposes as well as to ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded.

Ensure deliveries are diarised for FSA requirements and “Demands and Needs” forms are completed along side the finance document preparation.

Ensure all finance documents are faxed with appropriate paperwork such as I.D. proof etc to ensure correct and prompt payment.

A thorough and careful monitor the lost sale report.

Make sure an A, B, C referral process is in place to control all new and used car orders.

Prospect previous vehicles delivered to give every customer the opportunity to take up any of the insurance products that were presented to them at delivery.

Liaise with finance companies for ‘end contact lists’ for mail shot and marketing contacts and arrange for a telephone follow up to discuss present finance and current offers.

Be a leader as well as a team player at all times through a positive and motivational approach with customers and the sales team.

Coach, train and if necessary assist any Sales Executives within the dealerships with regards to the sales process and to encourage to qualify and present insurance products by simple questions and ”hook lines”

Act as a consultancy service dedicated and tailored to your business by suggesting and instigating strategies to be put in place. We would highlight any issues that possibly could result in financial shortfalls. From this, a written and detailed report would be prepared looking at best practise, income generation, finance referrals and comments on currents processes with an action plan to put in place for follow up in areas of improvement.

Guarantee customer satisfaction by making sure the customer will be valued for their business, and in return will not only give customer recommendations but also give the dealership a positive feedback on any dealership customer questionnaires.
